These are cl scripts that I use to reduce my own GMOS-S LS/N&S data. I tried to keep a balance between simplicity/friendliness and power, using standard general iraf and gemini-iraf package tasks. It’s not meant to be super-efficient nor almighty, there is room for improvement and I plan to maintain/improve it when suitable (and fix bugs as they appear).
This first version is based on the reduction of an extragalactic object + a template RV star (no telluric). It is comprised of three scripts that are run sequentially, from a directory that contains all the necessary files (bias, flats,N&S darks, arcs and science)

    Hi German,

If you have MOS data reduction scripts to share I would be very grateful if you made those available.

    Cheers,

    Dear Robin,

I suggest you to have a look to this cookbook: http://ast.noao.edu/sites/default/files/GMOS_Cookbook/.

While it does not provide you with a script, it is a great resource for GMOS extraction. If you follow the steps, you should get the same as a script would produce.
