    I have been using the IFU tutorial to reduce my data, but the steps for qe correction are not included. My data uses the Hamamatsu detectors, so it sounds like the step is necessary — does anyone have any experience with doing this?

    I read through the MOS data reduction example that applies gqecorr, but I am not sure which steps are relevant to IFU reduction.

    Yes, you should include QE correction for your flats, standard star and science data. The “refimages” parameter should be provided with the corresponding extracted arc lamp exposure(s) (beginning with an “e”). These arc(s) should have been wavelength calibrated beforehand (with wavelength calibration and aperture trace entries still present in the database subdirectory). You can run gqecorr directly or via gfreduce.
